The Rental Process

Qualifications: 

• Credit score must be over 600. 

• No previous evictions.

• Monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent.

Failure to meet the credit score requirement does not bar you from applying but may result in an increased deposit.

Rental Process:

1. Find a property on our website.

2. Click the 'View More Details' button, which will take you to Zillow.

3. Submit your application using Zillow and wait for results.

4. Once your application is approved, we will confirm your move-in date, send the lease electronically for signatures, and collect the security deposit.

5. Pet fee, if applicable, (non-refundable, one time fee) will need to be paid along with the first month's rent.

6. Monthly rent should paid on RentCafe.com by the 5th of each month. Afterwards, a 10% late fee will be added to your payment.
